2. Our services are FREE to the home buyer. Houston Realty Associate will never ask you for money.

4. Yes, Houston Realty Associate can list your home for sale. We represent hundreds of buyers therefore we may already have a client who is willing to purchase your property.

5. Can you help me if I have bad credit?

6. Yes, we can help buyers who have credit challenges. Our Credit Repair Program was designed for buyers who lack credit or need a boost in their credit scores to obtain a home loan.

7. How long will it take me to qualify for a home?

8. The time it takes for you to qualify for a home depends on several factors to include: Credit Scores, Employment History, Rental History, and Down Payment just to mention a few. 9. Can you help me qualify for a home loan?

13. What if I am already working with a Real Estate agent?

14. Because Houston Realty Associates is a Real Estate Brokerage, our specialists are licensed, real estate agents. If you already have an agreement or relationship with another real estate brokerage, we will not be able to assist you according to the laws set in place by the National Association of REALTORS®. Our industry is regulated by very strict code of ethics and it is our duty to follow the rules.
